The Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, a non-profit association dedicated to promoting the industry and the safe selection and use of juvenile products, announced an
awareness campaign to alert parents and caregivers of the strangulation risks when baby audio and video monitors are placed too close to the infant or toddler’s safe sleep environment. The awareness initiative offers parents and caregivers a guide for properly positioning baby monitors and other line cords in the nursery.
