Safe Faith United, a nonprofit domestic violence organization, will conduct a Coat Action to help the family of Jade Morris with funeral expenses.
The event will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Safe Faith United, 1850 E. Sahara Ave.
Jade was reported missing Dec. 21. Her body was found nearly a week later in North Las Vegas.
The coat was donated by an anonymous donor, and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Jade’s family. The auction opens Thursday and will close Jan. 24. The winner will be announced Jan. 25.
