LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – A two-alarm fire this afternoon displaced a dozen people from their building in the 2900 block of El Camino Avenue.

Las Vegas Fire & Rescue spokesman Tim Szymanski said the fire affected six apartments of the 24-unit, two-story building. No injuries were reported.

Authorities blame the fire on careless smoking. Damage is estimated at half a million dollars.
