LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police say as many as three people were shot and a suspected shooter is in custody after gunfire inside and outside a neighborhood bar several miles southwest of the Las Vegas Strip.
Las Vegas police Officer Marcus Martin says one person was taken to University Medical Center after the shooting a little before 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Bomas Bar & Grill on Durango Drive near Windmill Lane.
Martin says he doesn't know the extent of the injuries to the three people.
He says a man in his 30s with a rifle or shotgun surrendered to police when officers arrived.
The shooting happened at the business in a small shopping center not far from Rhodes Ranch Golf Club.
