LAS VEGAS (KSNV) -- A December shooting rampage left Nichole Nick-Maestes dead.

Maestas' mother was shot six times but survived. After a month in the hospital, she is recovering and tonight she's speaking out. It's one mother's plea for closure.

Esther Maestas watched her daughter Nichole die as she fought for her own life.

Maestas says her daughter's boyfriend, Robert Brown Jr., 42, is the one who pulled the trigger.

okay now as we all say good-bye to our dear sweet beloved Nichole, may she Rest in Peace. Let us ALL pull together and get this animal off the streets and brought to JUSTICE !! This PIG needs to pay for what he has done , who the hell does he think he is,taking a life of a beautiful sweet girl and tramatizing "ALL" of our lives with such devestation !!?? This Creep needs to pay for what he has done to our precious sweet "Nichole" may you Rest in Peace !! We will miss you sooooooooooo freakin MUCH !! Dear God ... please help us find this person that took Nichole from us , bring him to Justice before you , make him pay for this mighty sin he has done , Amen !!
