Agreement reached to broadcast Rebels, Lakers on cable

LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Lakers and Rebels fans will be able to see their team’s basketball games in Las Vegas. Time Warner cable SportsNet has the rights to 11 UNLV basketball games and 70 Lakers games.

Previously the company did not have a deal Cox Communications, which broadcasts in the valley until this weekend.

The company is still negotiating with Direct TV and Dish Network.
