LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- Wayne Newton's Las Vegas Casa de Shenandoah is now on the market after a U.S. bankruptcy court approved the sale.
The retention by a Las Vegas brokerage firm to sell the property off Sunset and Pecos was approved by a judge this past week.
The listing includes the home, ranch estate and 13 acres that were intended for a museum, based on Newton's career. Those plans fell apart last year.
