LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – The two boys caught on a video punching a special education student received their punishment today in Family Court.

The judge ruled the 13-year-old seen taking the initial punch in the online video was sentenced to a month of probation and 40 hours of community service. He will also have to write a letter of apology to the victim, who went to his middle school.

His 15-year-old brother will be sent to the Spring Mountain Youth Camp near Mount Charleston -- where he will receive extensive counseling -- for an indefinite amount of time.

Once he's released, he'll also have to do 40 hours of community service.

The video had been posted on liveleak.com. It has since been removed.
