LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- While Santa and his elves are busy making toys, others in the valley are coming together to make sure kids in need have jackets and shoes.
After, came the words "best thing ever!" you're looking at the annual "Santa Clothes" event -- a shopping spree at JC Penny's put on by Rotary Clubs from all over the valley.
Hundreds of children were able to pick out their jackets and other warm clothes. For one child, his eyes were set on sneakers.
