LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- The Clark County School District is hanging the help wanted sign, and we're not even two months into the school year.

The district is in desperate need of bus drivers. It's what they're calling a critical labor shortage. They have 20 to 30 positions open right now.

The school district says the situation isn't unusual, because the district typically has positions open during the school year. The district says the current shortage is partly because of people who decide to retire, or those who choose to relocate at the last minute.
