LAS VEGAS -- The Clark County Coroner's office has confirmed the identities of the two people found dead in a house after a 9-year-old boy told officials at a nearby school that his mother and sister were dead.
The coroner said Ignacia Martinez, 38, and 10-year-old Karla Martinez were found dead Monday morning. The coroner has not yet released the official cause of death.

Investigators say they're questioning a man found covered in blood at the home.
Officer Marcus Martin told The Associated Press that police arriving around 9 a.m. Monday found two people dead inside the single-story house in an older, middle class neighborhood about eight miles north of the Las Vegas Strip.
The boy's brother, who is 4 years old, was also inside but he was not hurt.
Martin says the 9-year-old boy told officials at nearby Hoggard Elementary School about the scene at the house.
