Clark County prosecutor's death ruled an overdose

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- Former Clark County Prosecutor David Schubert's death has officially been ruled a suicide.

Schubert was found dead in his home last month. The coroner says he died from an overdose of a mixture of allergy pills, sedatives and anti-depressants.

He prosecuted several high profile drug cases including Paris Hilton and singer Bruno Mars Before he was caught buying cocaine and was fired from the district attorney's office.

Schubert was found dead July 17 in his Las Vegas home.
