Driver in fatal crash on Rainbow charged with felony DUI

A 23-year-old Las Vegas man has been charged with felony driving under the influence in a one-vehicle accident Saturday evening that killed a 15-year-old passenger.

He will be out on the street in no time. Back to his old tricks racking up some more DUI's! Then he can sue the company that served him the alcohol like the moron suing AppleBees!

My heart goes out to this childs family,,,but my question is WHY was he even in the car with someone who was drunk?
