LAS VEGAS - The American Red Cross is helping a family displaced after a car ran into their home Friday night at 3990 Las Vegas Blvd. North near Nellis.
The family of four is displaced since the car crashed into their home, damaging it and the foundation rendering the home unsafe.
Red Cross Disaster Action Team volunteers are meeting with the residents and will ensure everyone has a safe place to sleep and has food, clothing, medication and other essentials.
Over the next several days, Red Cross client casework volunteers will stay in contact with the family and provide referrals, as they begin their road to recovery.
