LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Parents can't keep an eye on their kids all the time... But what if everyone else could help?

One father is starting a program aimed at teen drivers that he hopes will keep them safe.

He's only talking with news 3's Elizabeth Donatelli and she joins us live with more on how this works. It's as simple as a bumper sticker that can put eyes on your kids at all times.
