LAS VEGAS — The city of Las Vegas will reopen three of the four ponds at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs for fishing on Saturday. The ponds were closed due to the discovery of several dead ducks in the area several weeks ago.

Ponds 1-3 will reopen Saturday, and pond 4 will remain closed while the city completes some maintenance on a recirculation pump at the park, 9200 Tule Springs Road.

The autopsies on the ducks were inconclusive, and the tests on the water showed no abnormalities. There have been no additional reports of dead or sick waterfowl at the park since the initial reports.
