NORTH LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- We now know which names will be on the ballot in the next race for mayor of North Las Vegas.

Four candidates filed by Friday's deadline, including current mayor Shari Buck. News 3’s Gerard Ramalho has a look at two of the candidates who hope to be elected this June.

Ramalho spoke with incumbent Shari Buck as well as former state senator John Lee. Both have a vision for the city and both are eager to share their message with voters.

The two other candidates who have filed are Mike Hunter and Sharon Belger. Hunter is a teacher at Mohave High School and Belger is a local consultant. Both were not available for this story today but we will be speaking with them as we continue to follow this race.

If Buck wins she is going to gut the city even more, she is going to shut down all the North Las Vegas libraries and Buck and the city council don't want anyone to know until they win reelection, then it will be too late to do anything. If I ran my business the way Buck runs this city, I would be out of business, just like she should be out of office.

Buck is not really going to run is she? What gall she has! Bankrupt the city and she wants to be re elected? Kick her to the curb people. Frankly...she should be criminally indicted with the rest of the city council for running the city into the ground.
