Some of this stuff for sale was stolen from suspects who had evidence fabricated to gain a conviction. Several years ago when I was writing software for NSA and DIA I learned that several DEA and FBI working in Major Metro Areas had knowingly been giving their drug addicted informants tainted needles. The NSA monitored calls at ATT in San Francisco California. All calls that originated in the U.S. for Asia and other parts where collected under the U.S. government eves dropping program.
