Gunman? Is this business as usual in Las Vegas? If so then God help you all. I thought this all started at a gas station when his girlfriend called police saying he assaulted her. There was no mention of a gun. If this suspect indeed ran when he was spotted walking on the street then fell into a ditch when did the police see a gun? It was clearly dark and in the early morning hours. There were no lights in and around the ditch. How could they see a gun? What kind of gun? Law enforcement all wear Kevlar. So what were they afraid of? They had a whole lot more fire power than the suspect. The reports are these guys were all Swat. If that is true it means they are all experienced with most any type of weapon. The nature of their work requires they go to the shooting range on a regular basis to maintain their proficiency levels. No ordinary citizen can compete at their level of expertise. So how does anyone really know if the suspect actually discharged a weapon? And how did Swat come to shoot him? If someone is at the bottom of a ditch or ravine and they discharge a gun the trajectory of the bullet is going to go up into the air not directly at a police officer. This guy must have been scared out of his mind. What a tragedy for him and his family. The gunshots I heard on the mynews3 video sounded more like an execution. The greater tragedy is the officers who shot the suspect probably didn't even give it a second thought.

It sounds like it is easier to do a report of a death rather than doing one of a survivor. Two hours and that was the only resolution? His daughter is paying the ultimate price because Henderson is quick to draw a gun and kill rather than help. As for the 3 Officers being involved with the other killings in your city that seems to be the practice of your police to kill first and send the body to your coroner. Maybe they had a trip planed and wanted to take it in paid status. We are helping his daughter deal with her loss.
