What does it take for a public safety personnel to get terminated. This sergeant should of been terminated in 2010, totally uncalled for given the number of officers on the scene. The sergeant should be charge with abuse on an elder, and disable. This did not warrant a suspension which I don't even think he got that. This is why public safety is abusing taxpayers across the nation, we keep the bad employee on payroll to contaminate other employees.

One other thing, it's too bad the media doesn't come down hard on these bad cops. Instead they just write the stories and glorify the cops, even when crap like this happens!!!!The story originally should of started with. Is this why we pay our public servants, to be abused and in fear of the police who are supposed to protect and serve!!!!! Or, how do cops get away with stuff like this??????????????? Like I said take the money out of thier union funds instead of making us pay for thier brutality!!!!!

Too bad they can't put DA wolfson in jail for this one and all the other ones that he called clean shootings or actions like this. They need to get a DA that is not afraid of the cops and one who will prosecute when they do deliberate stuff like this. Any 5 yr old watching that film could see what that cop did. He was deliberate and didn't care about the man at all. He is NOT the judge and jury. It's time metro and henderson cops realize that people are innocent until proven quilty. What happened to protect and serve. It's not even on the cars anymore. I remember when little kids use to run to cops for help. Now thier afraid of them!!!!! All thier around now for, is to harass us and make money off of us!!!! Other cities have had problems with people shooting cops, I wonder why! They need to start taking this lawsuit money out of thier union funds instead of taxpayers having to payfor thier abuse to the puiblic!!!!! Don't count on the feds doing a whole lot, they investigated metro and didn't do squat. If you watch that video it shows deliberate kicks while the man is clearly restrained. If I was on a security detail and we did that we would be in jail. Looks like corruption in play in Henderson and both the Chief and DA in cahoots. This cop has has a few other complaints from what I read. Clearly the good ole boys club in play until the feds clean it up and from what I hear on the grapevine heads are gonna role on this one. They don't hold grand jury indictments without due cause or having a good case and when the Feds get hot you better take notice.

Henderson and Vegas cops are the worst for violence against the public. Caught on tape and Henderson did nothing to him, it takes the feds to step up and prosecute, what a joke.

I hope the Feds. give this man justice! Very sad Nevada did nothing!
