The Green Valley Town Center is an area that seemed to fade away about seven years ago when a movie theater shut down.
Now there is new growth in Green Valley at the intersection of Sunset and Mountain Vista and, as News 3's Denise Rosch explains, reviving the area begins with a make-over of that long vacant theater.
