Inmate suing Metro for 2011 beating incident caught on camera

LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- An inmate claims he was the victim of excessive force by guards at the Clark County Detention Center.

The entire incident is caught on camera and now Metro could be on the hook for what the surveillance video shows. We want to warn you some of you may find the video disturbing.
