LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Last year was a winning year for gaming, both on the strip and downtown Las Vegas.

The state released its final numbers on the year we just ended and as News 3's Sergio Avila shows us it's the foreign tourists who are making the biggest impact.
