LAS VEGAS -- The city of Henderson got a break in court today.
A judge has decided to delay action on the case involving the sale of land that was supposed to be used to build a sports arena near the M Resort.
As News 3's Gerard Ramalho shows us, city leaders believe the delay will allow them to prove they were misled by the developer.
