All DUI accidents that involve death should be considered murder and premeditated for one reason, when you leave for a bar, dinner or party and know that drinking is involved, how do you expect to get home??? So, by making the choice to get behind the wheel to get home after drinking you knew before hand that more than likely you would be driving while intoxicated.
