Lawmakers discuss re-instating ban on assault weapons

Congress needs to implement the provisions of law. The un organized militia consists of every person 17-45 years of age. Congress can call them into service, train them, and issue orders to guard the public places that need it, such as schools, malls, concerts, etc. They can also be serviced to guard our borders. U.S.C. Title 10, sec. 311 (classes of militia). This would certainly slow down a lot of these cowards who attack unarmed civilians.
