Limo company owner gets personal recognizance bond

A federal judge gave Charles Horky a personal recognizance bond Thursday, meaning he will be released and is expected to show up to court on his own.

What will happen too all the Hookers??? Poor Hookers out of a Job..... I know they should file for Unemployment..... Better than working on the Dirty Streets.....

Yeah, cause being a decent, honest working person is too hard for some people. Some people prefer prison.
