Man in custody after barricading himself in car

A man has been taken into custody after he barricaded himself in a vehicle this afternoon in the area of East Desert Inn Road and South Nellis Boulevard, near Desert Inn Park.

I believe its time for police to use tranquilizer guns, act like an animal, you should be treated as one.
