NORTH LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – A man is dead after a shooting in front of his home Monday night in the 2100 block of Balzar Avenue, near Martin Luther King and Carey.
North Las Vegas police investigators say they received a call around 7:30 p.m. of a shooting. When they arrived, they found a 35-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the scene.
Police say the suspect left the scene on foot. A spokesman told News 3 that investigators are not ruling out the victim may have been targeted.
This is the eighth homicide in North Las Vegas so far this year.
