NORTH LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- A man and a woman are in serious condition at UMC after a stabbing incident this afternoon in North Las Vegas.

A 27-year-old female and a 39-year-old male apparently stabbed each other inside a home in the 1900 block of Lawry Avenue near Martin Luther King Boulevard and West Lake Mead, said North Las Vegas Officer Chrissie Coon.

"The evidence indicates they stabbed each other," Coon said. "Police were alerted when the woman ran into the street and police responded."

Coon said the relationship between the two has not been determined.

Nobody else was involved in the 3:30 p.m. incident, Coon said.
