LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Metro has seen an increase in burglaries.
The highest increase is in the northwest valley which was almost 30 percent as compared to last year.
ust this morning, a homeowner caught a burglar from breaking into a home near Buffalo and Vegas drive.
Police say they've taken someone into custody in that case.
