LAS VEGAS -- The Henderson man who died from injuries in an accident Saturday that also killed two teens has been identified as 86-year-old Robert Schilling, according to the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

Schilling, who was transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, died from multiple injuries he suffered in the accident, the coroner said.

The two-car accident happened Saturday afternoon on Windmill Parkway, not far from Green Valley Parkway. Henderson Police said a Dodge Stratus traveling east on Windmill Parkway collided with a PT Cruiser, driven by Schilling, that was attempting to turn left into an apartment complex from the westbound lanes.

Two 19-year-olds in the Dodge Stratus — Trevor Zarvian and Jonathan “Johnny” Castiblanco — died at the scene. Another passenger in the car, 18-year-old Ryan Fuentes, suffered multiple broken bones, police said.

It was the first fatal traffic-related accident in Henderson this year. Police said speed and not using seat belts possibly contributed to the deaths.
