LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- All four officers involved in an altercation and eventual death of a Clark County inmate on Wednesday have at least nine years of experience with Metro. Their names were released Saturday afternoon.

The officers attempted to subdue Luis Solano, 38, on Feb. 25 at the Clark County Detention Center. Metro said Solano resisted officers' attempts to restrain him and a struggle that lasted three minutes ensued.

Once Solano was restrained, officers realized that he was unconscious and was having trouble breathing. Emergency personnel took Solano to UMC in critical condition. He died March 6.

The corrections officers named Saturday include Sgt. David Aspiazu, 38; Officer Bradley Temple, 44; Officer Patrick Gray, 48; and Officer Eugene Dixon, 49. Dixon and Temple have been with Metro since 2000 while Aspiazu was hired in January 2001 and Gray was hired in September 2003.

The exact cause of Solano's death will be released by the Clark County coroner's office.

Solano was in custody on charges of trafficking a controlled substance-cocaine, conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and possession of controlled substance-marijuana with intent to sell.

Criminals with a badge--they never pay for their crimes, and they probably never will. And that goes for all levels of government.

What is the difference between killing a U.S citizen, sitting in a U.S sidewalk cafe with a Drone...or Metro killing someone in there custody?? Either way the U.S. citizen never recieves Due Process....Big Brother decides who gets Due Process & only when it benifets Big Brother..From: a Brother in law of 2 Meto cops....2 of the most corrupt people I have ever met.....
