LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) New details have been uncovered about the Las Vegas couple who shot to death two police officers and a Walmart customer before killing themselves Sunday.

The couple, Jerad and Amanda Miller, lived in a small apartment near Fremont and Bruce streets downtown. They had moved to Las Vegas from Indiana earlier this year.

A neighbor, Kelley Fielder, says she saw them Sunday morning before the shootings.

Overcome by emotion, Fielder says she regrets not speaking up.

“It was 5:45 in the morning,” Fielder says. “He said the revolution had begun. He’s like, I gotta do what I gotta do.”

“I should have known that he was such a jerk. I didn’t know he was going to do this,” Fielder says. “People, they talk … The government this and this, but he was damn (bleep) ass serious.”

Fielder says she misses Amanda Miller.

“Amanda was a woman that was really, really cool; and she called me her best friend and her mother at the same time.”

Fielder says the 22-year-old Amanda Miller and her husband, Jerad, 31, moved into her apartment complex a few weeks ago. Jerad had a reputation for spouting out racist and anti-government views, she says.

In a YouTube video believed to have been posted last year, Jerad Miller talks to his wife, Amanda.

“I’m going to miss your smile and your laugh,” Jerad says. “We don’t have to go through this (bleep) shit.”

Fielder remembers Sunday morning as the couple packed up.

“I said, ‘What you guys doing?’ ‘We’re about to leave.’ I go, ‘Oh my God; you guys are leaving. You guys are leaving me,' and they had, I mean a cart full of ammunition, guns, everything,” Fielder said. “I didn’t realize that he was going to be that serious. And I’m so, so sorry.”
