Nellis civilian employees return from furlough

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE – All Air Combat Command and tenant unit civilians assigned to Nellis Air Force Base returned to work today in accordance with a memo from Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel released Saturday.

The commissary has re-opened and will be open for normal operating hours.

Other facilities operating at Nellis AFB include the 99th Force Support Squadron Mortuary Affairs; Honor Guard; Lodging; Clubs, Manpower; Civilian Personnel; Human Resources; Arts and Crafts Center; Outdoor Recreation; Fam Camp; Information, Tickets and Tours; Community Center; Gun Club; Golf Course; Child Development Centers I, II and III; Youth Center; Family Child Care; Airman and Family Readiness Center; Education and Training; Base Training; Civilian Training; Professional Development; and Airman Leadership School.
