Nobody hurt in fire N. Las Vegas at glass recycling facility

NORTH LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- A two-alarm fire broke out shortly after noon today at a glass recycling facility near Interstate 15 and Craig Road.

Nobody was injured in the fire that was fought by 22 units and about 50 firefighters.

"The fire started outside the building and then worked its way inside," said Capt. Cedric Williams of the North Las Vegas Fire Department. "Everybody got out and there are no injuries. We have 22 units and 50 firefighters now doing overhaul to make sure the fire is out before they get inside."

The fire at 4910 Donovon Way was reported at 12:08 p.m., Williams. said.
