LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) - News 3 has obtained a report detailing an accident that killed a construction worker at the Lake Mead Third Straw project.
This happened back in June and this report was just completed last month.
News 3's Sergio Avila has more information on what went wrong that day.
The report was done by the occupational safety and health administration and found there were no violations by the contractor Vegas tunnel constructors. Still the company has made changes to ensure this type of accident doesn't happen again.
