LAS VEGAS (Las Vegas Sun) - A man was transported to the hospital early Friday morning after allegedly being shot by his brother, Metro Police said.
Police responded about 12:45 a.m. to reports of a shooting in the 2700 block of North Rainbow Boulevard, near Smoke Ranch Road, Officer Laura Meltzer said.
Upon arriving, police found a man who had been shot, possibly after a verbal altercation with a man believed to be his brother, Meltzer said.
The victim was transported to University Medical Center with nonlife-threatening injuries, Meltzer said. The man identified as the brother has been arrested in connection with the shooting, Meltzer said.
No further information was immediately available.
