This is why I believe in black list, these people should be on it to warn others before renting their home, and in the same token, these homes should be listed on a list of do not rent, because the who inside of the home must be redone because of the marijuana grow.

We can choose to NOT convict those accused of ridiculous crimes. It is being used more and more. But nobody tells the Jury of their right to refuse to convict.

It should not have the "Schedule I Controlled Substance" label, since it has been proven to have medical uses (the strict definition of Schedule 1 substances states that there is a high probability of abuse, and no medical purposes).
