NORTH LAS VEAGS -- Nobody was home when a fire broke out about noon today in a two-story home near West Craig Road and Simmons Street.
North Las Vegas fire Capt. Cedric Williams said the fire at 3419 Penthouse Place apparently broke out in the kitchen and did extensive interior smoke and fire damage. No damage estimate was available.
Three adults the three children were not home at the time, but were displaced by the blaze. They are being assisted by the American Red Cross.
