Its not the taxi drivers who is ripping off tourist its the owner or the taxi operators, and the casinos. You guys are willing to give your money and time to the casino owners but you don't tip your taxi drivers. Cheap people should stay where they are and don't come to vegas.

Higher a non union driver? Really, maybe you should learn to write a proper english before you start typing.

Fire them all and higher non-union drivers. There are plenty of people out of work that need a job and I am sure can drive! Like myself!

Given the independence of taxi cab operation, it is not conceivable that so many drivers would unite. During 16 years as an owner/operator, the last thing to monopolize time would be attending a friggin meeting to strike. The counter productivity of the exercise staggers the imagination. But then again, a good reason to be an owner operator is to provide a service so badly done by a bunch of numb nuts!

Cool! Hope they all go on strike permanently. Scams will drop significantly, Roads will be safer and I can now drive with out trying to dodge Taxi's 6 times a day!
