LOS ANGELES (KSNV MyNews3) – The suspect in the deadly shooting on the Strip near Flamingo is fighting extradition to Las Vegas.

Lawyers for Ammar Harris said this morning in a Los Angeles County courtroom that they want prosecutors to prove his identity before heading to Las Vegas.

The judge set a hearing for March 14.

Harris is the man suspected of shooting Kenny Cherry Jr. after an argument in the valet area of the Aria on Feb. 21, causing Cherry’s Maserati to crash into a cab that exploded, killing driver Michael Boldon, 62, of Las Vegas and passenger Sandra Sutton-Wasmund, 48, of Maple Valley, Wash.

Amar Harris is a fool. He plasters his name and identity all over his facebook page, he has tattoos that only he has, and he want the authority's to prove he is the man. Nothing worst than a criminal who continues to think he is right and did nothing wrong.

Act like a man, punk! You did the crime now it's time to pay up. Typical smack talking thug. They're real tough when the numbers are on their side or when they have a weapon in their hands. Get'em alone and they're nothing!

so, let him fight the extradition and KILL him where he stands! Problem solved! Also, when are they going to round up all the lawyers and judges that let him back out on the street in the first place. They should all be arrested for: accomplices to murder!
