HENDERSON (KSNV MyNews3) -- One of the four men charged with the abduction of a Henderson teen is going back in front of a judge today for a preliminary hearing.

Alejandro Sanchez Sanchez, 25, is not expected to be leaving jail anytime soon. Not only is he on an immigration hold, but if that got lifted, he'd have to make at least $1 million bail to get out.

Sanchez Sanchez is facing kidnapping, extortion and conspiracy charges for taking part in the abduction of 17-year-old Melissa Duran from her Henderson home on Aug. 31.

Police also say he and three other men demanded a ransom for her safe return.

Swat teams finally rescued Duran after 21 hours of captivity. They found her tied up and blindfolded.

Authorities also say they believe the men may be in the country illegally, which is the reason for the immigration holds.

Police also have said that they found evidence of human trafficking in the apartment from where Duran was rescued.

Duran is expected to attend the preliminary hearing. Her family said they would try to make every court date.
