Suspect, person of interest sought in Spring Mountain theft

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a suspect and a person of interest involved in a robbery of a business in the 6000 block of Spring Mountain Road.

According to a Metro release, the suspect entered the store about 12:35 a.m. Dec. 31, pulled out a box cutter utility knife and demanded money from the register. The clerk complied, and the suspect left.

The suspect and another person of interest were seen walking together towards an apartment complex.

The suspect is described as a white male, 30 to 35 years old, 5-foot-10 to 6-1, weighing from 180 to 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an Athletics cap and Raiders jacket. He was also wearing a Raiders jersey No. 55.

The person of interest is described as a Hispanic male, 5-7 to 5-10, from 170 to 180 pounds, with black hair. He was last seen wearing a multicolored-striped short-sleeve shirt with a red long-sleeve shirt underneath.
