LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a man suspected of an armed robbery near Sahara and Lamb.
Metro says that the suspect entered the convenience store around 6:20 a.m. Jan. 6, approached the service counter and climbed over it. He demanded money while pointing a handgun at employees. The employees complied, giving the suspect money. He then fled on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, 5-foot-5 with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black and orange knit cap with a Denver Broncos emblem, gray varsity-type jacket with black leather sleeves, blue jeans and tennis shoes. He was armed with a handgun.
