LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a man suspected of an armed robbery at a retail store.

Metro says the suspected entered a retail store located in the area of 7400 Las Vegas Blvd. South about 8:30 p.m. Jan. 3. He loitered for approximately 30 minutes before approaching the cashier.

The suspect then brandished a small frame black handgun and demanded money. The clerk complied, and the suspect exited the store and was picked up by a waiting silver vehicle.

This suspect is also believed to be the same suspect who committed a robbery at other retail businesses in the area.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Robbery Section at (702) 828-3591, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555 or visit this website.

Tips directly leading to an arrest or an indictment processed through Crime Stoppers may result in a cash reward.

He doesn't realize it, but he has committed a Federal Crime. The stores in the valley get a large percentage of their merch from CA. Interfering with Interstate Commerce, a Federal crime. Federal prison has NO parole. WOW

This individual probably lives in the area. I wonder what gun control advocates think about his guy and how he got his weapon.
