This is the worst place I have ever seen where pedestrians are killed so frequently. This has to be the worst place to live. A person cannot take a walk on the streets here safely. I could certainly understand downtown on the Strip where it is so busy. But, out here in the suburbs. It is frightening. My heart goes out to the family of these teens.

Murderous dipsticks are allowed by inefficient deployment of resources. Certainly parents, teachers, law enforcement & these ridiculous 'wars on marijuana' distractions incumber abilities to maintain any sanity. The daily news of vehicular homicide is the disaster of the dysfunctional, abhorrent, apathetic police, parents & teachers. No one does their job.

Go after the parents. The parents have a responsibility to ensure that their teens are abiding by the law. Who's car was it that the teen was driving without a licences. I don't understand why this is not murder given they were using marijuana and driving and they knew what they were doing was wrong.
