Teen to plead guilty to gross misdemeanor for gun at school

A local teenager accused of bringing an assault rifle to a school one week after the Newtown, Conn., shooting tragedy agreed to plead guilty to a gross misdemeanor charge.

Actually it is a crime in Nevada, just like it is in CT. IMHO it should be to a crime to report that a SKS is an assault rifle but apparently the truth doesn't make for good news at Channel 3.

Anything for a Conviction, for a Crime that's REALLY NOT A CRIME. The Guys going Huntin / Shootin / Target Practicing, stops at the School on the way, Leaves UNLOADED GUN in Vehicle, along with Ammunition, some do-good-er Tree Hugging Liberal sees the Weapon in PLAIN SIGHT, PE ES their Pants, calls Metro, and the rest is now HISTORY. ALL in the name of Political Correctness. Je Asus, some people really just need to get a LIFE.
