Here two teens who do not care for human life, who will only be a menaces and trouble to society, take the life of two promising individuals who had a promising future and a productive members of society. These two should be charged with murder, they knew what they were doing was illegal, drove a car without a license, had marijuana, and were under the influence, they planned it. My condolences to the family and speedy recovery for the other victim.
