LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- About 1,000 locals are wondering if they'll be out of a job in a few months. Members of the Regional Transportation Board voted unanimously to replace the bus company they've been using for 20 years.

Two new companies will now split the bus service. It's a cost cutting measure for the county that current employees say could lead to a strike.

News 3's Sergio Avila explains what could be the tipping point.

To All My Union Brother's and Sister's out there: It is a good day for us locally. RTC counsel had a successfully voted (not 25 years old anymore) and it was unanimous. If any one reads John Mauldin's free economic newsletters such as this link: http://www.mauldineconomics.com/frontlinethoughts/the-good-the-bad-and-the-greek-risks titled "The Good, the Bad and the Greek (Risks)" you would already know that youth unemployment in Greece is 50%. Youth unemployment in Spain is 60%. All tied together with the Western Hemisphere's Government Debt. Japan is over 250% and going more than 10% a year. If Japan's economy breaks up and their currency become worthless then my Mom was right. You can't get any parts to your Toyota. This is the way it is for the next ten (10) years. Now my Union lovers, I want you to get your Business plan in order, follow the rules in your business plan to avoid any losses to the market (trading academy.com) place. Everybody losses money to the Market place. And dust off those Resume's. And don't forget you can google "customer service" to get tips. The customers pay our paychecks. My bus gets loaded with customers. Maybe it's from saying hello or trying to hold up for people running. Have a Good Day!

Or maybe, they should fire all the current operators and mechanics, and replace them with a bunch of mouth breathing simpletons like VegasSmitty. Cut costs, who cares about the millions of lives that depend on competent labor. We dont need it, not when there are "pleanty" of idiots out there like good 'ol smitty who we should trust to maintain or operate a coach, even though they cannot master grade school English. "Pleanty" Hilarious.
